It’s completely free to use our service. We cover the cost of delivery, and your prescription will be sent using Royal Mail's Tracked service. You’ll only pay the standard NHS prescription fee (currently £9.65 per item) if you pay for your prescriptions.
Yes you can. You can add details of your payment exemption in your online account. You’ll also be able to add details of your prescription prepayment certificate (PPC) if you have one.
There is no extra cost to you or the NHS than visiting your local pharmacy. All our NHS prescriptions are delivered for free. If you are exempt or have a prepayment certificate, you won’t be charged for your prescription. If you pay for NHS prescriptions, you’ll just pay the standard NHS charge.
You can leave L2F at any time. If you decide we’re not for you then ask your preferred pharmacy to become your chosen pharmacy or what is sometimes referred to as your "nominated pharmacy".
We’ll ask you to confirm what medication you need and when you’ll need it. We’ll arrange for your usual GP to approve your prescription. Once approved, your prescription will be sent to our team of pharmacists. They’ll check and dispense your medication before posting it you by Royal Mail for free.

You will be asked to set up a reminder when you order your first prescription. You can always change how often you receive reminders and how we send them to you within your account dashboard. You have the option of email, SMS, push notification, or a combination of all three
We generally deliver repeat prescriptions within 5 working days. However, we recommend ordering your prescription 10 days before you need it. This gives enough time for your GP to approve it, our pharmacists to check it and Royal Mail to deliver it to you. You can track your item from dispatch to delivery, and Royal Mail will text you a 2-hour delivery window on the day it's due to arrive.
